The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align development efforts with project goals and timelines, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist in documenting technical specifications and design decisions to support project transparency and knowledge sharing. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Experience in designing and implementing data models that optimize performance and scalability within SAP BW/4HANA environments. - Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes relevant to SAP BW/4HANA. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data modeling and development issues effectively. - Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and their application in data warehousing solutions.
