Must have skills : SAP Master Data Migration Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Independently deliver defined SAP data migration assessment, build, testing and remediation activities, maintain traceable evidence, and escalate data-readiness risks clearly. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Collect and validate object inventories, source volumes, profiling results, data-quality rules, mapping documents, transformation specifications and owner approvals. 2. Configure or support migration projects, staging tables, templates, value mappings, simulations, load jobs and correction cycles using approved SAP migration tools. 3. Develop and test extraction, cleansing, transformation and load routines apply controlled defaults, derivations, code-list conversions and error handling. 4. Execute mock-load activities, defect triage, performance checks, restart and rerun validation, delta-load testing and post-load verification. 5. Perform record-count, control-total, balance and business-rule reconciliation document exceptions and support business sign-off. 6. Maintain RAG ratings, risks, dependencies, actions, runbooks, evidence packs and cutover tasks escalate quality, scope, timing or ownership gaps. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Must To Have Skills: SAP data migration for SAP S/4HANA, migration strategy, data-object scoping, profiling, cleansing, source-to-target mapping, transformation, load execution, mock cycles, reconciliation, cutover and business sign-off. 2. Good to have Skills: SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, Migration Object Modeler, staging tables and direct transfer SAP Data Services/BODS, Syniti ADMM, SQL, ABAP, IDoc, BAPI, SLT, MDG and data-quality tooling. 3. Experience migrating master data, open transactions and balances from SAP and non-SAP sources into SAP S/4HANA, with knowledge of cross-object dependencies and functional validation. 4. Experience with version-controlled mapping rules, data lineage, audit evidence, restartability, idempotency, volume testing, delta strategy, defect management and cutover runbooks. 5. Demonstrated experience in distressed data-migration diagnostics, stabilization, turnaround planning, remediation governance and recovery execution, with evidence of improving data quality, reconciliation coverage, cycle predictability, cutover readiness or go-live confidence.
