Must have skills : SAP Master Data Migration Good to have skills : NA Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Lead end-to-end SAP data migration assessments and recovery workstreams, define executable migration and cutover options, and assure data readiness for complex SAP S/4HANA transformations. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Lead rapid diagnostics across migration strategy, object scope, source landscape, ownership, profiling, cleansing, mapping, build, mock cycles, reconciliation, cutover and hypercare. 2. Define and govern the migration approach per object, including archive-versus-migrate decisions, historical depth, open-item treatment, tooling, cycles, controls, sign-off and legacy decommissioning. 3. Establish business data ownership, migration RACI, decision forums, entry and exit gates, data-quality thresholds, evidence standards and executive RAG reporting. 4. Develop recovery options covering scope freeze, object prioritisation, defect burn-down, SWAT teams, cycle re-planning, cutover sequencing, resources, cost, timeline and go-live risk. 5. Assure SI and vendor deliverables, mapping quality, transformation rules, load programs, volume performance, restartability, reconciliation, auditability and contractual obligations. 6. Lead senior client, business, functional, technical and vendor workshops present data go-live confidence and recommended decisions to steering stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Must To Have Skills: SAP data migration for SAP S/4HANA, migration strategy, data-object scoping, profiling, cleansing, source-to-target mapping, transformation, load execution, mock cycles, reconciliation, cutover and business sign-off. 2. Good to have Skills: SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, Migration Object Modeler, staging tables and direct transfer SAP Data Services/BODS, Syniti ADMM, SQL, ABAP, IDoc, BAPI, SLT, MDG and data-quality tooling. 3. Experience migrating master data, open transactions and balances from SAP and non-SAP sources into SAP S/4HANA, with knowledge of cross-object dependencies and functional validation. 4. Experience with version-controlled mapping rules, data lineage, audit evidence, restartability, idempotency, volume testing, delta strategy, defect management and cutover runbooks. 5. Demonstrated experience in distressed data-migration diagnostics, stabilization, turnaround planning, remediation governance and recovery execution, with evidence of improving data quality, reconciliation coverage, cycle predictability, cutover readiness or go-live confidence.
