Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability. - Document development processes and code changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must to have : Blue Prism. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation. - Experience in designing and implementing automated workflows using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation tools. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to robotic process automation implementations. - Familiarity with integrating robotic process automation solutions with various enterprise applications.
