Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS). - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integrated systems. - Familiarity with system integration and data flow between modules. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-oriented solutions.
