Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve software capabilities. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Demand Planning. - Strong expertise in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions. - Familiarity with integration of software components across diverse platforms. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value.
