Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions to enhance performance and usability. - Document application designs and configurations to support maintenance and future development. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, React.js. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
