Collaboration with diverse teams across different organizational levels is essential to meet established cost, quality, control, and delivery objectives. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement to support seamless project execution and successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout project phases. - Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks, proposing timely corrective actions. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and process optimization. - Experience in coordinating resources and technologies to support operational goals. - Ability to analyze complex workflows and implement improvements to meet delivery targets. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams. - Capability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting product delivery.
