This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of deliverables. The role also includes troubleshooting challenges that arise during development and ensuring that solutions align with overall project goals and timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to meet project milestones. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project understanding. - Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Strong knowledge of data governance principles and master data management processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MDG applications to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP MDG framework. - Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to master data quality and consistency.
