Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of Java programming and object-oriented design principles. - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Familiarity with database management and query optimization techniques. - Knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration workflows. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.
