Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong knowledge of materials management processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in customizing and configuring SAP MM modules to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective software solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile practices. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP MM implementations.
