Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Continuously update knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development practices. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum. - Strong understanding of agile software development principles and practices. - Experience in designing and implementing software components using modern development frameworks. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly. - Familiarity with software version control systems and continuous integration processes. - Problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop practical solutions within project constraints.
