Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Strong understanding of integration design principles and best practices within enterprise environments. - Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Workday integration tools and technologies. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions. - Familiarity with data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques to ensure data integrity. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
