Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Production Planning and Scheduling. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with designing scalable software architectures and integrating components. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation.
