Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to meet delivery timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong experience in component-based architecture and modular design principles. - Ability to develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies. - Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs to connect various systems. - Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and maintainability. - Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
