Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence. - Experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects tools. - Strong knowledge of data integration and data warehousing concepts related to business intelligence. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of SAP BusinessObjects environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP BusinessObjects platforms.
