Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve overall team capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and software design patterns. - Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Familiarity with testing frameworks and debugging tools to ensure code quality and reliability. - Ability to work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services within software solutions. - Understanding of database management and data manipulation techniques relevant to application development.
