The role also includes maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with different client projects to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery. This position requires balancing development tasks with problem-solving activities to support ongoing application performance and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. - Continuously improve code quality and application performance through rigorous testing and debugging. - Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark. - Experience in developing scalable data processing pipelines using PySpark. - Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data frameworks. - Ability to optimize PySpark jobs for performance and resource utilization. - Familiarity with data transformation, aggregation, and cleansing techniques within PySpark. - Experience working with cloud platforms and integrating PySpark applications with various data sources.
