The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps. - Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management within cloud environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues. - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to enhance deployment efficiency.
