Must have skills : Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that all software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will also be responsible for guiding your team through challenges, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation in software development practices. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead 3DEXPERIENCE platform architecture, customization, implementation, and technical delivery. Own technical solutions across ENOVIA, DELMIA and other 3DEXPERIENCE roles/applications. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Lead platform customization and development using: MQL / TCL JPO / Java REST / Web Services 3DEXPERIENCE APIs CAA / CAA RADE, where applicable Design and implement integrations between 3DEXPERIENCE and external enterprise systems. Provide technical leadership for AMS, incident management, problem management, RCA and production stabilization. Drive performance optimization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, infrastructure teams and offshore/onshore delivery teams. Support proposals/RFPs, effort estimation, solutioning and technical presentations. Professional & Technical Skills: Must have skills - 10–15+ years of experience in PLM/ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE 21x-25x Strong understanding of 3DEXPERIENCE platform architecture and services. Expertise in ENOVIA customization and development. Strong understanding of PLM concepts, business processes and data models. Knowledge of application performance troubleshooting and production support. Experience leading technical teams and large-scale PLM initiatives. Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex enterprise environment. Strong communication and documentation skills. Experience in AMS and L3 production support. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10–15+ years of experience in PLM/ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE 21x-25x - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15-year full time education is required. - Good experience working closely with other peers and leading the team
