Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TrackWise Quality Management Software. - Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks. - Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
