Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks. - Experience with cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms. - Strong knowledge of distributed computing and big data processing frameworks. - Ability to design scalable and efficient data pipelines. - Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline workflows. - Understanding of data security and compliance considerations in cloud environments.
