Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to meet evolving business challenges are also key aspects of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency in software delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices. - Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Jakarta EE. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of enterprise application development and deployment. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions. - Familiarity with web services and RESTful API development. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
