Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software components to ensure long-term usability and support. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously explore and suggest improvements to existing software processes and tools. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux environments. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Experience with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
