Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by following best practices and standards. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and their application within SAP IBP. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP IBP modules to meet specific business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP IBP and other enterprise systems. - Good problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
