Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software delivery processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. - Experience in customizing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP SuccessFactors environments. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
