Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of customized software solutions to address complex business challenges. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of project objectives. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Joint Venture Accounting. - Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments. - Experience in integrating software components to meet comprehensive business requirements. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues effectively. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in custom application engineering.
