Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of customized software solutions to address complex business challenges. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and enhance overall team performance. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software design with business objectives and compliance requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM. - Strong experience in application design and development within financial software environments. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability and performance. - Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable software architecture.
