Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application design and configuration details. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks. - Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot. - Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles. - Experience with RESTful API design and integration. - Familiarity with database management and query optimization. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.
