The role includes assisting in defining detailed requirements and contributing to the architectural planning of software solutions. Throughout the day, there is a focus on ensuring that the applications developed align with the intended business processes and meet the specified functional criteria. This position requires active engagement in problem-solving and continuous communication with various teams to support the successful delivery of tailored software applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to enhance project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security. - Strong knowledge of security configurations and role-based access controls within Workday HCM. - Experience in designing and implementing security frameworks to safeguard sensitive employee data. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues in Workday environments. - Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices related to human capital management security.
