Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous refinement of solutions to align with project goals are integral parts of the daily workflow. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Integration Bus. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions across diverse systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with middleware technologies and message brokering concepts. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software.
