Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability. - Document software designs and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Calypso (Software). - Strong programming skills with experience in software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions tailored to business needs. - Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software applications. - Familiarity with integration techniques and working within complex system environments. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
