This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that solutions are scalable and perform efficiently. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration strategies with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process. The engineer plays a key role in enabling organizations to leverage cloud technologies for enhanced operational capabilities and future growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and execution of cloud migration plans ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall cloud migration capabilities. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align cloud migration efforts with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud architectures using both private and public cloud platforms. - Strong understanding of cloud migration methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Ability to analyze existing infrastructure and applications to develop effective migration strategies. - Familiarity with performance optimization and cost management in cloud environments. - Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud solutions.
