Must have skills : Cloud Strategy and Assessment Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Cloud Migration Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating current technology environments and infrastructure to determine the best approach for transitioning systems to cloud platforms. This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and deliver high performance. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration strategies with business goals, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise during the migration process. The engineer plays a key role in enabling organizations to leverage cloud technologies for enhanced operational efficiency and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and execution of cloud migration plans ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall cloud migration capabilities. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in resolving technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment. - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components and migration methodologies. - Experience with designing scalable and high-performance cloud solutions. - Ability to analyze existing systems and recommend appropriate cloud migration strategies. - Familiarity with both private and public cloud environments and their integration. - Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve migration objectives.
