This role requires working collaboratively with various business users to gather detailed insights and define clear product requirements and use cases. Throughout the day, the individual focuses on designing systems for continuous monitoring and feedback collection, ensuring that processes evolve and improve over time. The position demands a proactive approach to recognizing inefficiencies and creatively proposing solutions that enhance overall operational effectiveness within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze process data for informed decision-making. - Document and communicate process changes and improvements to relevant stakeholders. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design. - Continuously evaluate the impact of implemented changes and recommend further enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hotel and Lodging. - Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning, Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business workflows effectively. - Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable process designs. - Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to gather comprehensive requirements. - Familiarity with tools and techniques for process monitoring and feedback collection.
