This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, thereby supporting business continuity and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and diagnose complex system issues. - Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting. - Assist in the implementation of system updates and patches to enhance functionality and security. - Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance on technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Marketo Engage. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve software issues efficiently. - Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level software applications. - Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with system integration and data flow within complex business environments. - Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
