This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues. - Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference. - Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve overall functionality. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) Programming Language. - Experience in debugging and troubleshooting software applications to identify root causes of issues. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to detect anomalies and optimize processes. - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach to resolving technical challenges. - Familiarity with integrating VBA solutions within larger business systems and workflows. - Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
