Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions. - Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues. - Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas of improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently. - Experience with data analysis and reporting within enterprise software environments. - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
