Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions. - Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. - Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery. - Provide timely updates and clear communication to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues within business systems. - Experience in monitoring and maintaining the performance of enterprise applications. - Ability to interpret and analyze data to support decision-making and reporting requirements. - Familiarity with business intelligence concepts and reporting tools related to Oracle HCM Cloud. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.
