This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Zscaler Architecture. - Strong knowledge of network security principles and cloud-based security solutions. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application and infrastructure issues. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes. - Familiarity with integration of security platforms within enterprise environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective and sustainable solutions.
