Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system issues and implement effective resolutions. - Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. - Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PHP (Programming Language). - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues. - Experience in debugging and troubleshooting multi-component business applications. - Familiarity with software lifecycle and support methodologies. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Good communication skills to clearly articulate technical information.
