This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and resolving problems efficiently to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to ensure seamless operation and timely resolution of incidents, contributing to the overall health and reliability of critical applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline issue resolution and improve system processes. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support workflows and reduce downtime. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Kubernetes Engine. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Kubernetes. - Strong knowledge of container orchestration and management within cloud environments. - Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and identify performance bottlenecks. - Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes in cloud-native applications. - Familiarity with automation and scripting to support deployment and maintenance tasks.
