This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that solutions are tailored effectively to support operational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding business challenges and translating them into functional application designs, while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver seamless and efficient software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application features with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques within enterprise environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to maintain system integrity. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices. - Competence in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
