The position focuses on enhancing decision-making processes by providing a clear understanding of complex data sets and supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations. Collaboration with different stakeholders to align data analysis with business goals is a key aspect of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within analytics projects. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI). - Strong skills in data modeling, data transformation, and report development using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI). - Experience in designing and implementing interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively. - Ability to work with large and complex data sets to extract meaningful information and support business objectives. - Familiarity with data integration techniques and working knowledge of various data sources and formats. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address business challenges through data-driven solutions.
