Continuous evaluation and enhancement of software quality and operational efficiency are key aspects, alongside collaborating with various teams to align AI-native methodologies with project goals. This position emphasizes innovation and adaptability in building software that leverages AI capabilities effectively and responsibly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to integrate AI-native practices into software development workflows to enhance product capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and promote best practices within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of AI-driven features with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Experience with front-end and back-end technologies to build scalable and maintainable applications. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and implement APIs and integrate third-party services. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support AI-enabled applications.
