AI / ML Engineer

Project Role : AI / ML Engineer Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing. Must have skills : Natural Language Processing (NLP) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises solutions to create robust, production-ready pipelines. The engineer actively works on implementing generative AI models and may engage with various AI domains such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency in project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to enhance AI model performance and scalability. - Assist in documenting technical processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise. - Continuously monitor and optimize deployed AI applications to maintain high quality and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP). - Experience with designing and implementing AI models including generative AI techniques. - Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries relevant to NLP. - Familiarity with cloud AI services and deployment pipelines for production environments. - Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing for NLP tasks. - Knowledge of neural networks and deep learning architectures applicable to language processing.
